Heat Wave, Thunder Storm & Rainfall, what's next? I have no idea what's up about Vegas weather nowdays, but on our web, I know what's up. Yes, we updated MENU page. Now your food is only a CLICK AWAY. Okay, maybe I should say CLICK & CALL AWAY. If you click our MENU tab, you will see an exact same image of our Dining MENU that you see at our restaurant. All you have to do is check that out, know what you want(unless you already what you want), and call us to place your order! You can take any items out except Noodles. And of course, for Sushi lovers, we are working on updating our SUSHI MENU as well!!

Wheeeww! Heat wave, Heat warning, Emily, whateva, it's HOT!!! Hopefully it will go chill down a lil' bit like weather guy was saying on today's news. I know you ain't feeling like to go out to eat sushi at 9pm cuz it's still damn hot outside. That's why we have seen more people coming in late late night these nights. But we are open till 2am, so don't sweat, you still can come in after midnight and do All You Can Eat.
Anyhow, I just wanted to let y'all know that we will update and put up a dining menu on our MENU PAGE in next couple of days. Of course I will put up a news when it's done, but for mean time, stay in house during a day and break out and come see us late late night. We will be right here waiting for you!

How are y'all surviving in the heat? Along with this heat, we have a bad news for Fresh Oyster Fan. We stopped carrying Fresh Oyster since July 1st. It's because from just simple reason, it's damn hot and so easy to get spoiled. And also it's getting hard to get Fresh Oysters from fish company in summer time. We are talking "Fresh", we do not want to serve anything that we may have a bit of concern. We don't know exactly when we will start serving Fresh Oyster again, but untill then, let's take little break. We still have FRIED OYSTER, so if you miss taste of oyster, why don't you try FRIED one? It's available as an appetizer and also as a side dish for ALL YOU CAN EAT.

Are you getting ready for a long weekend coming up? BBQ? Fireworks? or just parrr--tteeeyy?? Just gotta let ya know that SUSHI-MON will be CLOSED on 4th of July. I know some of SUSHI fanatic must be planning come down to SUSHI-MON to celebrate 4th, but we won't be opened... We sure will open on Tuesday, July 5th. So just save your SUSHI craving till next day and we will see y'all on 5th. Have a SAFE and HAPPY 4th!!

It's been over one month from Mother's Day, huh. As being a mother myself, I wish we had Mother's day every month! And now it's Daddy's turn. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!! I know any Dad doesn't want to BBQ on Father's day. All they want to is just sleep in till noon, eat, watching ball game and taking a nap, and then eat SUSHI as much as they can!! We will be looking forward to seeing Dads on Sunday!!

School is out, heat is back (although Miami didn't make it..), are you ready for summer? There are some fish which are known as "The Summer Fish", Sea Bass, Sea Urchin, Spanish Mackarel, Abalone.... But the most representive fish for summer is probably SEA EEL. I don't know why, but most of people prefer Fresh Water Eel over Sea Eel. Maybe they have never been introduced Sea Eel before because Fresh Water Eel is already very popular. So here is some knowledge for Sea Eel biginners. Sea Eel lives in ocean as what their name say. That's the biggest difference between Sea Eel and Fresh Water Eel. It has much of Vitamine E and Vitamine A just like Fresh Water Eel does. Vitamine E helps to prevent skin aging, and Vitamine A provides resistance to viruses by producing thicker mucous membrane or skins. And Sea Eel has ONLY 1/2 fat of Fresh Water Eel!! See, now you want to try Sea Eel at your next visit, don't you?

Well, as it's been mentioned on last news, we are changing our MENU and PRICE from today, June 1st, 2005. Basically we eliminated some items from our old menu and made it more simple and easier to see. Also our LOW CARB MENU is now officialy appeared on our dining menu as well, so I'm sure lots of ladies will be excited about it. Come check it out!!

We are planning to make little change on our MENU pretty soon. You will see a new DINING MENU first, SUSHI MENU second and at last, we are trying to introduce to you more kinds of JAPANESE PREMIUM SAKE for our royal SUSHI-MON partiers! You will also see a slight PRICE CHANGE for some items, especially in "Special & Combinations" along with changing our MENU. We are already printing out NEW MENUS/NEW PRICES for our TO-GO MENU, so if you are interested in, grab our TO-GO MENU to check it out next time you come in.

To ALL MOMS and ALL GRANNIES, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! We always should treat our MOMS special, but on MOTHER'S DAY, we gotta give our MOMS a big appreciation. How about... starting a little nice present with a breakfast in bed for morning, cleaning up whole house with details while MOM is just lying on couch and watching TV, serving lunch to the couch, maybe taking her out for movie, little shopping after movie, and how about taking her out to dinner to her favorite restaurant SUSHI-MON!! I bet your MOM will looooove it!! (At least that sounds real great to ME!!)

Just like anywhere you go, there are SLANG WORDS for SUSHI industry. Some of them are very similar to original words, some are just unexpectedly different words than originals. Here are some examples. Let's see how many you can get it right! "GE-TA"-- A tray with two short stands that we put sushi on. "A-GA-RI"-- Hot Tea. "SA-BI"-- Wasabi (easy one, huh.) "GA-RI"-- Ginger. "O-A-I-SO"-- Check/Ready to pay... If you listen carefully our server's/sushi-men's conversations, you may pick up some of those words all the time. After you get them all right, now you are officialy SUSHI EXPERT!!
